Mix Things Up With Bibimbap!

Bibimbap is as fun to say as it is to eat. What is bibimbap? Bibimbap is one of the most representative dishes of Korean cuisine. The word Bibimbap means "mixed rice" and traditionally consists of five colors as its ingredients. The dish is composed of all the nutritional components that are needed for a complete meal: meat, vegetables, dairy, and grain. The Bibimbap is Korea's simple and all-time favorite one-dish meal that is becoming increasingly popular in the Western world.

The fun in Four Seasons Bibimbap is mixing the nutritious ingredients that incorporate a variety of different vegetables: both sautéed and raw seasonal vegetables (julienned red cabbage, cucumber, yellow and red bell pepper, shitake mushroom, white cabbage) and soy marinated beef, over a bed of white rice, and then topped with freshly grated mozzarella cheese, white a side of sweet chili pepper paste. With our added touch, we have blended bold ingredients to accommodate the familiar palates of Americans: topping off with freshly grated mozzarella to perfectly balance the sweet and spicy flavors of our chili pepper paste. The addition of ketchup to our sauce blends with the mozzarella and familiarizes the taste buds to everyone's favorite, "pizza"! Our sweet chili pepper paste also includes an authentic Korean ingredient called "Gochu-jang" that benefits the liver, stimulates digestion, lowers blood pressure, and contains other beneficial enzymes. Our product also delivers nutritional components, such as calcium, protein, iron, and a decent amount of vitamins. (Nutrition fact label available upon request.)

The harmony of flavor and health has never tasted so good.

A delicious mix of red and yellow bell pepper, white and red cabbage, cucumber, shitake mushroom, and marinated beef over a bed of white rice, is topped off with as little...

...or as much mozzarella as you'd like!
